Returns Policy
You are welcome to return any goods purchased from the Youfemism Site within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
- If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
- If the return is because you received an item or items, you didn’t order or they arrived damaged we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.
- The refund will be done by EFT. You (the customer) will be requested to provide details of the account to which the refund is to be made. Verified bank confirmation to be provided.
- Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.

E-Commerce & Privacy
Quest For Health (Pty) Ltd sells various products online. The use of any product or service
bought from the www.youfemism.co.za is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies
and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages that may be sustained as a
result of using the products sold on the website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility,
namely the user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone
numbers, will be kept in the strictest confidence by the provider and not sold or made known to
third parties. Only the necessary information – that is the delivery address and contact phone
number – will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept
by the provider under any circumstances.
The provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic
device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website), which may result
due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently
have installed on his/her device.
The provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The provider will not be
held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address.

Credit Card Transactions are acquired by MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd, a registered systems
operator and payment gateway in South Africa. Card holders may go to www.paygate.co.za to view
PayGate’s security policy.

Once you have paid the cost of having the item couriered back to us and we have received the payment, we will refund you.
Affiliate Marketing Agreement
This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Youfemism (“Company”), and the individual or entity (“Affiliate”) participating in the Company’s affiliate program. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Affiliate will promote Company’s products and services in exchange for a commission.
- Definitions
1.1. “Company” refers to Youfemism, the online platform accessible at www.youfemism.co.za, which offers products and services related to PMS & HRT.
1.2. “Affiliate” refers to the individual or entity participating in the Company’s affiliate program, promoting Company’s products/services and directing sales traffic to the Company’s website.
1.3. “Commission” refers to the amount payable to the Affiliate for each eligible sale made through their referral. The commission rate shall be 10% of the sales revenue.
1.4. “Sales Revenue” refers to the total revenue generated from eligible sales referred by the Affiliate, excluding taxes, shipping costs, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Affiliate Program
2.1. The Affiliate will promote Company’s products/services through various marketing channels, including but not limited to their website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other online promotional methods.
2.2. The Affiliate will use unique referral links provided by the Company to track and attribute sales generated through their promotions accurately.
2.3. The Affiliate acknowledges that they will not engage in any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent marketing activities to promote the Company’s products/services.
- Commissions and Payment
3.1. The Company agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission of 10% on the sales revenue generated from eligible sales referred by the Affiliate.
3.2. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, within 5 days after the end of each calendar month.
3.3. Payments will be made in the form of bank transfer, subject to any applicable transaction fees or charges.
3.5. The Company reserves the right to adjust the commission rate and payment terms with prior written notice to the Affiliate.
- Responsibilities and Obligations
4.1. Affiliate’s Responsibilities:
4.1.1. The Affiliate shall use their best efforts to promote and market the Company’s products/services in a positive and professional manner.
4.1.2. The Affiliate will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to their marketing activities.
4.1.3. The Affiliate will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of their promotional activities and the resulting sales.
4.2. Company’s Obligations:
4.2.1. The Company will provide the Affiliate with necessary marketing materials, such as banners, text links, product images, and other creatives, to assist in their promotional efforts.
4.2.2. The Company will track and record sales generated through the Affiliate’s unique referral links and provide accurate reporting on sales generated.
4.2.3. The Company will promptly pay the Affiliate the agreed-upon commissions within the specified timeframe.
- Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2. In the event of termination, the Affiliate will be entitled to receive any outstanding commissions earned up to the termination date.
- Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received from the other party strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties unless required by law.
